Every report follows the same layout, so facilities and property teams can find what they need quickly. It is taken from a real ABS condition report.
We also carry out asbestos cement roof condition surveys, pre-acquisition and dilapidation surveys, and PPM baseline surveys. Asbestos cement surveys are a visual condition survey and do not include asbestos sampling or testing. Pre-acquisition surveys cover the roof, cladding and gutters only and are not a full building survey.
