Gutter lining and maintenance. We reline failing valley and boundary gutters with a Fatra membrane, which carries a 25-year warranty, or a liquid GRP system with a 5-year warranty. We also offer routine clearing on a schedule that suits your site.
Cladding repairs. Replacing damaged sheets and composite panels, refixing loose cladding and resealing laps and flashings.
Alongside the envelope. If it helps to keep things under one contractor, we can also service or replace fire doors, roller shutters and windows on your building.

Yes, if we can assess the problem from the ground. If we need to go up on the roof, we will tell you the survey fee first. Any price we quote is exclusive of VAT.
Do you work on houses?
No. We only work on commercial and industrial buildings.
Can you take over maintenance from another contractor?
Yes. We start with a baseline inspection so the PPM programme reflects the building as it is today.
