Merseyside’s commercial property is closely tied to the port and the logistics businesses that serve it. Many of these buildings face open, exposed weather, and wind-driven rain and damp, salty air are hard on metal roofs and cladding over time. Cut edges corrode, fixings loosen and gutters deteriorate faster than they would further inland.

What we can do
Planned preventative maintenance. Regular visits keep corrosion and blockages under control. Each visit covers gutter and outlet clearing, checks on fixings, sealants, flashings and rooflights, minor repairs and a photographic report with recommendations. We already manage PPM for multiple NHS Supply Chain sites.
Roof refurbishment. On exposed sites, refurbishment usually starts with corrosion. Cut-edge treatment, replacing the worst sheets, renewing flashings and fixings, and applying overlay or liquid-coating systems can bring a tired roof back into good condition without full replacement.
Roof inspections and leak investigation. Water can travel a long way along a purlin or lap before it shows inside. We find the actual entry point. Ground-level inspections are free. If roof access is needed, we charge for the survey and quote the fee up front.
Gutter lining and maintenance. We line failing gutters with Fatra membrane (25-year warranty) or liquid GRP (5-year warranty), and schedule regular clearing to keep them working.
Cladding repairs. We replace corroded or damaged sheets, repair composite panels and refix wind-lifted cladding.
Other building elements. Where useful, we can also take on fire doors, roller shutters and windows.
